If a UniFersal member is believed to be misusing the service in any way, their account can be deactiviated at the disgression of UniFersal.com, Inc. UniFersal.com, Inc. has the right to deactivate any member, for any reason, at any time.  

UniFersal.com, Inc. is any of the transactions between users, in the event that users have disputes UniFersal.com, Inc. and its employees, officers, agents and directors are released from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. UniFersal.com, Inc. does not edit the content posted by users. Therefore, UniFersal.com, Inc. is in no way responsible for the misrepresentation of a posting, or the success or failure of a transaction.Users may find other user\'s information to be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive.
