In order to edit property information, please log in and click "My Postings" in the member area. From there, you need to select "Posted Properties". After that, select the property that you want to edit and click the "edit" button located on the bottom of the property detail page. |

How do I list my property? |

Before you can list your property you must be a member, which is also free. After becoming a member, look for the main tabs located towards the top of every page. There is a link that says "post a property". Click this link and then follow the directions to instantly post your property information onto UniFersal.com's extensive property database. If you have multiple properties you can use an XML feed to submit all of your properties quickly and easily. |

How do I put my property on the homepage? |

If your property is already posted click on "my properties" after you login. Then click on the property you would like to post. Once you have found the properties "property id" click on the link "advertise with us" on the top of the page. Once you are on the "advertise with us" page scroll down to point 3 (Featured Propert) and click "please register here". Input the properties UniFersal.com id and fill out the required information. Your property will be posted instantly if you choose a start date of today. It is only $10/day and is an excellent way to give your property or development enormous international exposure. |
